There have been enormous improvements made to contact lenses in recent years, due to more advanced plastic materials being available for the manufacture of contact lenses.
Orthokeratology (OK) involves wearing specially designed rigid gas permeable lenses overnight to reshape the cornea – much like retainers for the teeth.
